• Pronto - Hello! When you answer the phone or 'Sono pronto' - I'm ready

• Buon pomeriggio - Good afternoon!
• Buona sera - Good evening!
• Buona notte - Good night (usually say this before going to bed)
• Come sta? - How are you?
• Ci sentiamo bene - We're feeling fine.

• Mi dispiace - I'm sorry
• Mi scusi - excuse me
